Strategy & Messaging
We start with a 50-minute planning and strategy session to get clear on your goals, your audience, and what your site needs to do. From there, we build out a key messaging document you can use across all of your marketing — not just your website. You'll also get a homepage mockup with two rounds of edits before we ever touch the build.
Custom Website Build
Your site is built on Wix and includes five pages as a baseline. We handle the copywriting, source stock images (or work with yours), and take care of the details most people forget — like a privacy policy and terms and conditions page. Every page includes two rounds of edits plus a final review, so nothing goes live until it's right.
SEO + Tech Foundations
This is where we go deeper than most. Your entire site is optimized for SEO — copy, keywords, headers, alt text, and metadata. You'll receive a custom SEO keyword guide to keep using after launch. We connect your Google suite (Business Profile, Analytics, and Search Console), help with Google email admin setup, connect your domain, and integrate chat so you never miss a lead.
Marketing & Content
You'll launch with three blog posts already live and working for your SEO. You'll also get five branded Canva social post templates, a digital sales flyer, a bank of content ideas, and marketing suggestions for your next steps — so momentum doesn't stop at launch.
Handoff & Support
We don't just hand you a login and disappear. You get training videos walking through your full site, a dedicated how-to-edit video, and a project dashboard with full visibility throughout the process. After launch, you have two weeks of post-launch email support plus ongoing website maintenance so you always have someone in your corner.
