We start with a 50-minute planning and strategy session to get clear on your goals, audience, and what your site needs to do. From there, we build out a key messaging document you can use across all of your marketing (not just your site).
CUSTOM WEBSITE DESIGN & BUILD
Your site is built on Wix and includes five pages as a baseline. We handle the copywriting, source stock images (or work with yours), and take care of the details most people forget, like a privacy policy and terms page.
SEO, AEO, & TECH FOUNDATIONS
Keyword research, launch SEO, and Google tools to give your website a strong starting point in search.
MARKETING & CONTENT
Three published blog posts and eight reusable Canva templates, giving you useful content and a consistent look from day one.
HANDOFF & SUPPORT
We don't just hand you a login and disappear. You get training videos walking through your full site. After launch, you have two weeks of post-launch email support plus optional ongoing website maintenance, so you always have someone in your corner.

DOES IT HAVE TO BE WIX?
The Foundation is built in Wix because it gives service-based business owners the flexibility to manage everyday updates without relying on a developer. If you are committed to another platform, we can discuss whether this offer is the right fit during the Foundation Call.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Most projects take six to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. The final timeline depends on the size of the site, the integrations involved, and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
DO YOU WRITE ALL OF THE WEBSITE COPY?
Copy alignment is included, which means your existing messaging is cleaned up, clarified, optimized for SEO, and organized for the site. If your project needs full copywriting from scratch, that will be discussed and scoped before the project begins.
CAN I UPDATE THE WEBSITE MYSELF?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons I work in Wix. You will receive a post-launch walkthrough so you know how to make common updates without worrying that you will break the site.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A WEBSITE?
Many Foundation clients already have a website. If the structure, message, or overall experience no longer supports the business, a rebuild may be the right path. If the website is solid and visibility is the real problem, getting found may be a better fit.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Projects are typically divided into scheduled payments, with the payment structure confirmed in your proposal. We can discuss timing, pricing, payments, and scope during the Foundation Call.
