You sign up, we confirm access to your site, and you're set. If you're a current Slow Burn client we already have everything we need.
STEP 2
Send Your Updates
Each month you send over whatever needs attention — new copy, new images, a page refresh, a tech issue. No task is too small.
STEP 3
We Update
We get to work within your monthly hour bank and deliver updates promptly. You'll always know where your hours stand.
STEP 4
Review
You review the updates, we make any final tweaks, and your site stays exactly where it should be — current, optimized, and on brand.
STEP 5
Rinse & Repeat
Every month your site gets the attention it deserves without you lifting a finger.
HOW IT WORKS
Monthly Commitment
Each month includes a 2-hour work bank — that's $300 worth of done-for-you website updates at a retainer rate that rewards you for staying consistent.
Rollover policy: Unused hours roll over for one month only, giving you up to 4 hours the following month if you need them. After that, the hours reset. This keeps things fair, flexible, and always moving forward.
No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
