Strategy & Overall Vision

We kick things off with a 50-minute brand and messaging strategy call to get clear on where you've been, where you're going, and who you're talking to. 

COLORS

Your primary, secondary, and tertiary brand colors are developed directly from your mood board, with three rounds of edits to get them exactly right. You'll also receive an ADA compliance usage chart so you always know how to use your colors accessibly and correctly across every platform.

typography

We explore font options together and land on a header, sub-header, and paragraph font combination that feels on-brand and works across all your marketing.

All font costs are provided by the client.

GRAPHICS & VISUALS

You'll receive a curated list of suggested Canva images and graphics that align with your mood board and color palette — so sourcing on-brand visuals never feels like a guessing game again.

logo guidelines

A complete guide on how to use your existing logo correctly — white space rules, sizing, and color variations — so your logo always looks intentional no matter where it shows up.

Logo design is not included.

canva assets

Your full brand kit is set up directly in Canva, so it's ready to use the moment we hand it off. You'll also receive one digital asset of your choosing — a social graphic, a flyer, a template — built out in your new brand.

week 1
Homework & Kickoff

You complete your onboarding questionnaire, we hold your strategy call, and your mood board is created. This sets the creative direction for everything that follows.

week 2-3
Colors & Typography

We explore your color palette and font combinations, presenting options that align with your mood board and brand vision.

week 4
Edits

We refine and finalize your colors, fonts, usage guide, and graphics suggestions based on your feedback.

week 5-6
Canva & Assets

Your Canva brand kit is built out and your selected digital asset is created and delivered.

POST-PROJECT
Final Handoff

We present everything together on a final walkthrough call so you leave with complete clarity on your brand and how to use it.
